In 2014, The University of York showed its commitment to green chemistry by building a brand-new facility for its Green Chemistry Centre of Excellence. The GCCE offers green chemistry educations to graduate students as well as performing world-class research, facilitating international collaborations, and engaging with industry to promote adoption of green chemistry.
